Game froze and lost my Daily Gauntlet match

I would like to have this error looked into. Because this error has caused me to lose this match which means I didn't get any points for the daily contest. This error has caused my game to froze meaning that I lost this match.


I would hope this can be fixed so this doesn't happen again. Also I hope I can get another ticket to make up for my game freezing since this error wasn't on my part. I checked to see if my internet was working and it was. So it must be due to an update to the game. Which means this error was caused by the game itself. Which I understand happens but still I would like to see my concerns addressed.
