Game froze and lost my Daily Gauntlet match

I would like to have this error looked into. Because this error has caused me to lose this match which means I didn't get any points for the daily contest. This error has caused my game to froze meaning that I lost this match.
I would hope this can be fixed so this doesn't happen again. Also I hope I can get another ticket to make up for my game freezing since this error wasn't on my part. I checked to see if my internet was working and it was. So it must be due to an update to the game. Which means this error was caused by the game itself. Which I understand happens but still I would like to see my concerns addressed.

same happening to me ... froze 3 times during my first go around then black screened causing me to not be able to use special moves. This is getting way out of hand.

I contacted the support team in the game but I figured to make a post here. Since usually you would get a reply faster here.

Sorry you had this error, The game was having a few hiccups at reset time today which have since been resolved, Please message in game support to take care of the lost ticket issue , Be sure to include as much information as possible to help them quickly resolve the issue.
