the rewards show up if you go into the web coin shop (doesn't work in Flash Market) and make a purchase, but I'm not planning on doing that everyday just to get rewards.

the web coin purchase shop work around is not working all the time and many are wasting coins

Day 3. Portal work around isn't acceptable anymore. Now it's 320 web coins to do it today.
120 was one thing, but 3 times the cost for daily reward access is ridiculous.
Is someone going to address this? 72 hrs later.

So it's continuously day 3 without free web rewards.
So indirectly they linked it with web coin store buy something from there and get rewards.
True face of Scopely.
I does noth bother and reacted if they officially made an announcement for the same.
They must come forward and update about it over blog and forum.
Hope people rather buying thing from web coin store to get them raise there voice as they promise to keep it free unconditional.
An Conditional free thing never come free, once we have start buying thing from web coins thinking we are getting them free by playing trivia rumble scopely will come with true face and may stop trivia rumble like unconditional free rewards and make it compulsary to buy them with real money.

I'm with the thousands of others. I refuse to spend web coins to get supposedly free things. Scopely won't acknowledge when there is a problem. No mods seem to care to update (if they have, let me know). The portal was a bad idea. You have to many issues with the game, so what's the thought, let's create something else to cause more problems instead of fixing the issues. I had no issues going to game store and collecting there. I had no issues with explanation points or ones. I had no issues going through contests to find what I needed to collect. There were less issues before this dumb idea.

It looks like the rewards maybe set to a 'Only show 24 hours after they were last claimed' schedule instead of a '24 hours from the last time they showed up' schedule, perhaps?

3 days now and the problem is being ignored by Scopely and the mods, the work around no longer works. This is pathetic customer service by Scopely at all levels.

Today's reward has shown for me. Will we get back dated the last 2 days we missed? Or do we need all need to start sending a ticket to support for the missed rewards?

Completely understand your frustration on it, they are still investigating the issue, how ever multiple people have found a way around to help claim, if you you to the daily grab bags on the web coin store and get something with tour web coins it shown appear after. I hope this helps while they can get to the bottom of the issue.

You technically don’t have to spend real money, if you play thru the trivia and win the 5 questions you get 100 web coins, if you play 2 you would have enough to get the tool box which would you use the free web coins you just got. Also not to mention that if you have purchased from the portal you should have web coins in your profile as well.

few hours ago the Wild One free pack showing in Rewards section and I was able to claim it. Did they are back? Will see tomorrow if I will get a another one

Yes, I could claim the free daily rewards after two days not possible. But the free league credit pack is still not visible when logged in, but it appears when logged out.

The League Credit rewards were only available once, thus I assume you claimed them already. There won't be more this month.
I am not sure if you can phrase it as a "loss" but we are looking into IF and how we can accomplish this request.

Can you fix the portal please
When we are log out we can clearly see a lots of rewards in Rewards section but at the moment we log in. there are not there. Whatever you try with Facebook or Scopely ID. I have try 5 same 10 times. Disconnect and Connect again. Nothing to do. The rewards don't show up.
If you are unable to make it work properly than in this case stop lets us believe we can get free stuffs. Very frustrating to see a lots of rewards we can claim but cannot and miss them each day because this don't work properly. If you need money at this point. Find something else. No one will spend money just to reclaim them

Really saying we lost nothing? Are you kidding, these daily rewards are valuable, if Scopely wanted to remove them fine remove them, but don't look down on the issue. Many players could have used the 200k Priest points on Sunday that were LOST when the web portal broke. Many could still use the daily Sika tokens that were LOST when the Portal Broke, many could have used the League Credits that were LOST when the portal broke. Sorry but many are not going to spend $$$ when the company shows this level of contempt/disdain for their players.

Tisk tisk on you sir , I have no issues with any mods or devs but your reply literally speaks alot of what us players /donaters called you all out on. Very unprofessional respone. You actually said there is a work around but you "have " to use an alley way of sorts. They did reimplement only half of "free" rewards. The whole time tp and c have not been available for the whole event. Perhaps rethink your response next time because you legit blew it on this one.
