Not connected to the internet??

Clearly, I'm connected to the internet. But the game says I'm not. This happens DAILY, and in multiple tours-Deadman, Showdown, LT tours, etc.

Doesn't matter which characters I'm using, or if it's wifi or data, 4G or 5G, inside or outside, I encounter the same problem, DAILY - randomly, in the middle of a match, the game will freeze, then tell me that I'm not connected to the internet, then simply not ever come back, until the game crashes and closes, and I then lose the match, and my guys are drained of energy. It's a very frustrating thing to happen, EVERY SINGLE DAY, randomly.

Can this issue be resolved please? I'm pouring through health packs, and I should not have to do this, for an issue that's not on my end.

I included some screenshots so you can see that I'm clearly connected to the internet, with data streaming at the same time as the game is telling me that I'm not connected.

This issue almost always is tied to a new update being forced out. Check to see if there is an update in the store

same thing happening here ....already froze and stole my health from 3 characters during blitz and no updates are available , cmon guys just admit to screwing the pooch.

This happened to me in the daily Sika Blitz on the first match...cost me my daily sika blitz and full health

yet again happened to me except this time the screen went black not allowing me to use special moves...seems the issues are getting worse.

I'm havin this issue mid match on showdown. It gives me the red ! and then times my match out...... repeatedly
