Subscription Purchase

I have been unable to purchase the "Here comes the money pass" and the "DX army pass" subscriptions from either the store on an android device or the portal on the Web.

This has been ongoing for the past 4+weeks I have raised the issue with the in game technical support on couple of occasions but yet to receive a response.

I was previously signed up to the subscription for 3 consecutive months before the following error message below started showing up whenever I try to renew my subscription.
