Problem linking existing account to facebook

I must have registered for this game on Facebook a year ago. I can't change my Facebook to my current account with all my 3 and 4 star superstars. I am wondering if there is anyway to do that. I created a scopely new name from the game when I am in the account I want to use on the website and it just brings me back to that level one account. Any help would be greatly appreciated
