my game freezes on event tab. How can i get it fixed?

-What exactly is not working?

The game freezes after clicking the “Events” button on the Home Screen. The same thing happens when trying to access events from the faction contest screen


-Where in the game did it happen?

it started yesterday, 5,27,2021

-What are the steps to reproduce it?

Open the game in IOS and click events on the Home Screen

-When or since when did it happen?

It started happening at around 4pm

-How often do you experience this issue?

Every time. I can no longer play the monthly event tours

-What device are you playing on?

apple iPhone 12 Pro max i also tried an iphone 6, a sumsung edge phone and on the portal it dose the same thing

-Which OS and game version?

IOS 14. and game version 21052700.0.506

-What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name) Shane4906 forum name is thr same

-What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Deleted the game three times. And the game freezes still on “Events” after reinstalling. I have also tried to workaround by accessing the monthly tours from the faction contest tracker, and the game still freezes. tried 3 diffrent phones and on the portal and all have the same effect.
