Cannot request injured superstars to be healed

After being defeated in Smackdown, my superstars are injured but I cannot request that they be healed by my faction. Immediately after exiting the match the superstar returns to the roster with 0 health but is not injured. The request heal button is disabled

I’m on iOS 14.6 on an IPhone 12. The version of the game is .504


To recreate, lose a match in smackdown. When opponent defeats you by knocking you out and putting your superstar in danger, go to roster. You Superstar from the smackdown match will have zero health but will not be injured. You cannot request that the superstar be healed by your faction.

    I cannot request faction heals. The health of the depleted superstar immediately starts to replenish. I’m on iOS.

    Can you provide more details. Does this happen in all situations? How was the star injured? Was it in blitz or other modes?

    Me neither my Bayley got beat was in danger as soon as the match ended she was at 32 health already and can't ask my faction to help

    same problem.

    The wrestler is not even injured, and therefore cannot be sent for healing.

    It has also happened to me with Bayley, but I have faction colleagues who have suffered the same problem with other fighters.

    I am taking the last update.

    Hello.

    I hope you can help me.

    Since the last update I am unable to send my wrestlers to heal in my faction.

    Once my wrestlers are injured in a match, they appear in my squad recovering and not with the "injury" icon.

    This is why I cannot send any wrestlers to heal.

    Just happened again to my Corbin 5b danger 3 straight times in the match and I can't send him for faction heals cause as soon as the match is over it says he has 9k health this game has gotten terrible since the last update

    I am playing the Champions andriod version and before the 3 count hits, the match keeps suddenly ending. For blitz, its having an effect because if you lose to someone, it remembers you lost but it heals the opponent back to 0.

    Game is stucked and its not even my turn..... Can't request to the fraction for injured Boogeyman

    Same issues here since the update. Pretty much any type of match it happens. Also can't see Faction chat so no idea what's going on!! Android phone.

    Seems to be any type of match. Showdown or LT tour. Your superstar gets injured and then when you return to the roster they have just a sliver of health left and you can't request a faction heal.

    With a 5ss superstar this costs over 100 health packs or $400 IGC to revive.
