No pay out for faction fued?

While I understand that the loot boxes may have been auto opened upon receipt, I am concerned I still did not receive shards from the loot box. The loot box did not show that it was opened to indicate what I received and with numerous superstars and almost 4 years of playing, it is impossible to confirm if I was truly paid out for the loot box. This is a serious issue and I hope that it is not dismissed as the previous post by freezerburn was. The inability to confirm payout affects playability of the game. It discourages competing in these events.

I recognize that changing the auto open feature would take a major upgrade to the program, but it may be worth taking a look at if we as players have no way to confirm our individual progress.

    I apologize to differ WBMATTHEWS. I acknowledged that this may have been an auto-open thing as discussed in that prior thread. However, my issue is specific to the lack of notification as to what we may have gotten. Auto-open may be something that is implanted currently in the game, however, it is a bug to have an auto-open without notification as to what was received if any.


    This is specific to opening only after the event is finished. From what I have seen auto open functions fine during the event itself.

    It needs to be addressed and I feel it is a specific bug that everyone is experiencing.

    Furthermore, for those of us that have been playing for awhile, Is it then required of us to screen shot all our superstars and the shards we have prior to each event payout in order to create accountability?

    I don't mean to be a bother but it is truly impossible right now to confirm whether or not I received anything except to accept your word that it is there.

    I appreciate your time in reading and responding and I hope you and the other moderators pass along my concerns.

    I love the one that says this thread has been addressed in another thread no it wasn't all it said was they auto opened and we can't do anything about that unless a major change we'll then do that major change cause auto opened has screwed so many people numerous times if it auto opened it didn't even tell me who's shards I got this game has more and more bugs and problems after every update
