Missing Bonus Reward from Bianca Tour

-What exactly is not working?

I beat the last node of the hell mode in the Bianca Belair with the bonus character, and did not get the bonus reward, which should have been a legendary strap. The attached image shows the reward in question.

-Where in the game did it happen?

Hell mode of the Bianca Belair backlash tour. The last node.

-What are the steps to reproduce it?

Use one of street profits to beat the opponents and obtain the bonus reward in the last node of the backlash tour in the Bianca Belair tour. When you beat the node, it will show a white square image in place of the reward.

Then check your inventory and the rewarded strap will not be in inventory.

-When or since when did it happen?

This started happening today upon release of Bianca Belair’s backlash tour.

-How often do you experience this issue?

Once, since the bonus reward can only be offered once. however, you never get it.

-What device are you playing on?

Iphone 12

-Which OS and game version?

iOS 14.4.2 and game version .503

-What have you tried so far to fix it on your side?

Shut down my game and phone and rebooted. There’s nothing in my strap inventory

The strap goes to your inventory but doesn't show under new.
