Energy Regeneration Error

From what i see , the time for 1 energy regeneration is 45 min , and we can have a maximum of 3 energy any time from regeneration.

what i observed is , if i interrupt the 3 energy regeneration in between , the timer resets .

what i meant is , if i have 1 energy at hand and probably the timer says 20 minutes for 2nd energy . Now if i consume this 1 energy that i have at hand , the timer for next energy gets reset to countdown from 45 minutes instead of continuing from the 20 minutes count.

please look into this
