Butch 2sb starter pack purchase glitch

At least three people in my faction, including myself, experienced a "glitch" while purchasing the 2sb starter pack for this contest. The money was deducted from my google play acct, but the pack remains in my in game store, and I did not receive the 2sb card, the 200 shards, or any of the other items in the pack.


I submitted a support ticket with a copy of my receipt more than 12 hours ago. This should not be that difficult to resolve, in my opinion, and is crucial to the talent up contest and kick-off faction blitz.
