Loot drop rates, recruiting unowned wrestlers

After over $40 (not counting subscription fees) in token/key purchases as well as using in-game cash on available loot, I've only gotten 2 new wrestlers (given the lack of time spent away from the app, this is statistically almost impossible) to add to my roster, out of a possible 29 pulls. And on 6-7 of those pulls, it's been Bray Wyatt shards, which is also a statistical improbability. I'm not really asking for anything, but I think the drop rates should be juked a bit.. given the amount of tokens, keys, and cash I've spent (virtual and otherwise), I should have added at least 1 more new wrestler to my roster.

For the record, the new wrestlers are Bray Wyatt and Sgt. Slaughter (HoF).

I'll throw in the tech specs, just in case. I am playing on an ONN 8" tablet, model 100003561, Android OS 10. Game version is .502, forum/in-game name are both Steve21383.

I'm absolutely certain I'm not he only one who's expressed this issue/concern. Given the monetary amount being invested, not seeing a lot of return on it. I'd appreciate something more than the company line (Recruiting is all up to chance, nothing we can do, etc.) because you can do something about the drop rate and chances of recruiting unowned wrestlers.

I'd appreciate anything you can say and do.

Sgt. Slaughter (HoF) is a top-tier character. You might not realize it, but you've been very lucky there.

that's actually a very very good outcome for 40$ HOF Sarge is a top and extremely rare character
