Bug in inventory and collecting free bag

Dear sir attaching both the screen shoots few days back I collected some inventory didn't remember exactly what it was but when I go to inventory area as it appears one item to claim but there is nothing appears, more over on free bag area I am receiving error and I I unable to open the bag, error screen shot also attaching
