Never again on the portal after being told to hold my beer

So after a week of back and forth will speaking with 3 different support members this is the result I get. So even after I provided proof of me doing the transaction there is no resolution which let's me know I won't be making any more purchases via the portal going further. I believe I was one of the few who until this point commended the support team as they had resolved prev and more complicated. But after spending over $100 and showing screenshots of prev conversation which I still have saved and being told sorry we got nothing for you after hearing from @Firpo that rewards were going out I can now say with confidence I won't be making any further purchases on the portal ever again,unless this issue is fixed and my due rewards given to me
