Milestones not received from portal events
In the last global web event, the welcome back, I have not received the milestones 1, 2, 3, 4 & 10. In the first one, I think that some did not reach me either and that is why I have been more attentive. and since you can no longer contact support as before, I publish the problem here.

I've claimed my rewards but they're not credited to my inbox. I have force closed and reopened 7 times, still nothing.

Hi, i opened a ticket with scopely help in game support (1 of many) and i haven't received a reply. I claimed the 1st 7 global rewards from milestones in portal this morning and haven't received them in my inbox. I have restarted the game mulitlpl times and still nothing. I am unhappy as i have opened tickets aout issues and missing rewards (still waiting a resolution to vault issues in January). I have spoken to gamers on facebook and discord and everybody else seems to of got the rewards. Its costing me moving thru the in game milestones and i am quite frankly now just frustrated and disappointed,

I didn't receive all of my milestones from the events tab in wwe champions.com. I have nothing in my inbox but yet I claimed all the chests in wwe champions.com. how do you claim them?

I did not recieve no milestone awards from the wrestlemania welcome back global event. i claimed the chest and it showed that the rewards have been transferred to my account but my inbox was empty. can i recieve them please or any compensation for it?

A mí me pasó igual solo que no recibí los premios 8 9 y 10 del primer evento global y del segundo evento global no recibí el 9no premio. Que contiene el medallón dorado hice el reclamo y me dijeron que en los próximos días se va acreditar en mi cuenta pero es frustrante todos reciben sus premios pero solo algunas personas no por su inoperancia

My faction was able to max out the event, but i only got the reward from the 10th reward. The rest of the rewards had welcome back medallions and my count on that is still 0. Trying to figure out why.

We are currently looking into those issues with Portal milestone rewards. There is no ETA yet when it will be fixed but you wil llet you know once we have any news.

I claimed all the special offer rewards and evens rewards but in game mail is empty and claimed rewards are not received.

The event ends tomorrow. Are people going to get the rewards plus the milestone rewards that they didn't get because of missing points? Based on how support is running lately, I don't have confidence that either will happen.

This is already embarrassing, not only is a solution not given, but the issue is closed without giving it. Apart from what has not been delivered, we have also stopped receiving rewards from parts of the event, in one I was missing 1000 points when with the special coins of the event, not only would I have collected that reward, apart from the contributions to the faction events , It is seen that you only bother to do something with paid players, the rest of the players can give us. The same response as when we were unable to connect for a day and a half, nothing at all. Writing to the support has the same utility as speaking to a lamppost. From what you have shown me, you are useless (unless we are paying players)

Rest assured that I, as a player who's spent far too much money over the last couple of weeks, gets zero assistance just like yall. You need to be a paying player who's also a content creator to get assistance.
