How can i follow up on a conversation with support?

I have problems using the new webchat Scopely offers for support. After i tell them my issue it takes a few hours until they answer. Usually the chat window of my iphone cant wait that long and redirects me out of the chat to the previous site. Then i get an email and am asked for further information. But it says „do not reply to this email“.

Instead there is a link which brings me to Scopely‘s portal where i can choose Wwechampions again and start only a new chat. I dont have any chance to reach out to the previous conversation.

But then a few hours later i receive another email that my (new) conversation is closed because im assisted already within another conversation. But as described: i have no chance to follow up on that old conversation... what can i do?

anybody else faces the same problem? Is support aware of this? Im using iphone 11 and i also contacted support about it without any reaction so far.
