Faction contest rewards not showing

I already submitted a in game support ticket but since it seems half my faction had a issue. I thought I’d post about it on here. We didn’t get these rewards/they didn’t show up after we claimed

Hello @Stearman88 these automatically add to your inventory. The bags automatically open and add to your shard count. Thanks

@DKMangler yea but normally it shows me what tp I get. It didn’t even do that this time

not for the contest rewards that pop up on the login screen. it just adds .
