Medal levels not being displayed

Why cant i see my medal levels? Its been reported couple times to support but nothing has solved yet..

1. What exactly is not working? Medal levels not showing for me.
2. Where in the game did it happen?the place where i see them
3. What are the steps to reproduce it? Dont know
4. When or since when did it happen? Never saw them before, contacted support since november 2020 didnt got any answer except the team is looking into it.

I see you tried deleting the game but have you tried clearing the cache after the reinstall, sometimes some file remains, also do you have the same problem on other devices or even the portal ?

Hi ramsay,

I did clear the cache multipletimes becore nd after reinstalling.

I didnt know i could play the game on the portal but gotta figure that one out then. As i said before, it never showed for me nd im playing this game almost sonce the beginning.
