Hello, I bought HOF Lawlers gold gear today from the web and when i claimed my rewards in game, it shows that gear as unavailable. Please let me know what I may need to provide to get this fixed please

Within the last ten minutes I purchased the "Hall of Fame Coin Pack". I was charged and the items appeared in-game. But I have not been given the points towards the event currently running, and I did not receive the expected punches on the stamp card (All of which are still active for at least another 24 hours as I write this).

I purchased TP blitz bundle and while the items showed up in game I received no punch tickets or event points for the portal rewards.

Reloaded the game and portal numerous times. Signed out and back in the portal and still nade

Same thing is happening to quite a few in my faction as well. I did one for science to see if it was true and I got the items I purchased but did not get the stamp card or Bonus store event rewards. Hopefully they will fix it and send out the rewards we are all missing from these purchases.

I spent over $100 on it and it advertises it in the bundle so I’m pretty sure it has to be fixed. I’m missing 1500 webcoin as well as over 100 in the event rewards.
