I have a 4-star "andrade" on the roster but he doesn't let me use it anywhere, has this ever happened to anyone ?? if so what should you do?

I am glad that this was resolved. The other thing to check is to make sure the superstar is not in a blitz lineup. You would not be able to use the star until the blitz has completed. Thanks!
