Haven't received trial Drew Mcintyre

Perhaps its ignorance and I have no idea what I'm missing, but the Drew Mcintyre trial tour is available to do, but I don't have Drew Mcintyre in my roster. I checked mail and its not there either. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks all.

    Drew McIntyre should automatically show up in your roster as a 5 star bronze. You do not need to claim him. If you are still having issues, please contact our support team. Thanks!

    I did contact support but since he's limited time I'm probably going to miss out on using him.

    Just thought I'd pop in to advise that my support ticket was finally responded to and Scopely is refusing to issue me any sort of compensation for their error. Af minimum I should get the rewards from the limited tour.

    Really makes you think twice about ever spending on this game again.
