Unable to make purchase from www champions.com

I’ve been trying for days to purchase items from the wwechampions.com site.

most recent is trying to purchase the HBK update to 4stars.

when I click the button for purchase it spins and then nothing.

how are we suppose to make this work? I purchase regularly through the game store. How about moving these purchases where they can actually be purchased?
