Hey there,

I reached out to support for some help as a Mod told me to do on the forum. All I received were auto generated messages telling me someone would look into it soon. Apparently because I didn’t reply to their auto generated messages they closed my ticket?
Can someone please help me with this, maybe middle man it to support? I’d reach out to support again but I’m concerned the same thing will happen.

Hello @SteveSyracuse I removed the support screenshot. Please don't place support screenshots in forum messages. I have passed this along to the team for review however.

Sorry for that, I thought it was only if the screenshots contained sensitive/private information. Noted for future reference.
