Game freezes when clicking on showdown store and colour clash

The game freezes when you try to access the showdown store and you cannot access the new colour clash game as it also freezes when you click to do this. In terms of the showdown store, it partially loads on the screen i.e. the left side of the box about 7-10cm across the screen when coming in and you cannot click out of this, meaning you have to force close the app and reload to restart the game. This happens on both the Android and IOS versions of the game and has happened since the latest update. I have cleared my data on Android and reloaded the game with no success.
