Game seems to crash on a more regular basis past few weeks

    Unfortunately the forum staff isn't able to assist with this. Typically if a crash happens during a pull the pull still happens. Support should be able to tell you what you got in the pull.

    Sadly that is not the case and as per usual this has to happen on a grand scale for the Dev team to even bat a lash.

    It’s happened to me on other pulls on my android device. I actually have been able to keep track of my excessive shard pull patterns and when the app crashes mid pulls your prizes don’t apply.
