My IGN is Bearded 1 Guy and I’ve been going back and forth with support since February 26th regarding missing solo and faction event rewards from the Marching into March event. Will you please assist me with getting the rewards I missed out on last month? It been issue after issue dealing with support. Sometimes I get a response and sometimes I get the key words auto generated response. This is beyond frustrating dealing with them. They told me recently that the event was going over so we’re unable to do anything. I’m not accepting that answer. It takes days to even get a response let alone getting one while the event is still current. Please help.
