Issue with the loot purchase

Hi There.
I have purchased the Montez loot pack and MDM Week 1 loot pack from the game store.
My money got deducted both times and I never got any loot coins.
Tried Contacting in-game support several times but either ticket is getting closed with an automated reply or without any response.
Also mailed to the mail id shown in google play store. There I am getting no response after 48 hours and it is every time asking me to provide the same details again and again.
I would like to escalate this issue and speak with a supervisor so that I can get my refund back.
