I've opened a ticket in game that completely disappeared and I never heard from support

I bought Gold autoclear tickets two days in a row from the shop and they did not appear in my inventory.

Its getting quite frustrating at this point getting in touch with support, and the generic templating seems to bog it down, 72 hours later and I haven't received any communication.

And this morning my ticket completely disappeared.

Is there a better way of going about getting this resolved?.

I shouldn't be the one answering this, but it's actually something that I wanted to feedback anyway...

The tickets you have bought from the Stipulation Store aren't Autoclear Tickets

They are Marquee Stipulation Tickets, credentials you'll need when they will officially launch Marquee Stipulation Tours.

Therefore you don't have to worry, mainly cause you WILL NEED every single Marquee Stipulation Ticket you can get. Then, you're not the first one that confused Golden AC Tickets with Marquee Stipulation Tickets....a "change of costume" is definitely required, don't you think @Firpo ?

Oh jeebus. That means I wasted currency on something I didn't actually want, as the visual indicates it looks likes gold auto clear tickets.

Where did these tickets go, cant find them in my inventory regardless.

Maybe if we got some kind of recycle event we could actually see what we have.

Sitting on a dozen scroll downs of useless items.

The tickets are in your inventory but invisible because the marquee stipulation tours aren't available. They'll show when it is live.
