I play on an IPad. For the last two weeks at least once a day I have had a battle where the just before the start of the e game goes on an infinite loop of giving hints. I waited several minutes before I had to reboot. It started when we got the 5 star character. Wound up not being able to use him. Happened occasionally in the past, but more often now and not happy.
