Cannot proceed from league 11 to league 12

Hello, so as the title states I am unable to proceed to league 12 after having completed everything in league 11, for some reason after completing the WWE Live tour Indianapolis Hell mode, it is not registered in the managers league portion of the game as you should be able to see in the GIF below. I noticed this issue yesterday (03/03/2021) after I finally managed to complete the tour.

I don't know what steps would need to be taken to reproduce the issue for other users, but as you can imagine it is frustrating that this issue has occured.

The issue appears to be ongoing, I decided to wait until the following day's daily tasks appeared before reporting the issue, but unfortunately the issue persists.

My device is a Oneplus 7 pro 5G running oxygen OS 10.0.9 which is Oneplus's take on Android 10.

According to the Google play store, my game version is 0.491 which was updated on 26/02/2021

From my side, I have tried fully closing and force closing the game and I have waited for a new days worth of daily tasks to appear, but sadly this doesn't appear to have helped.

I hope I have been thorough enough with my explaining of the issue and that everything in the reporting guide has been taken into account.

Have you tried to clear the boss battle with auto-clear tickets or manually one more time to see what happens?

Hi Firpo, thank you for the suggestion, I have just now used an auto-clear ticket to clear the boss battle but sadly this has not solved the issue.
