Missing rewards from baking, month long and Montez contests

I received non of the rewards that were in bagged form frim the prize wall this means tokens and tp. The contest points registered as did the prize wall currency.

However I received none of the token or tp bags, nor were any results displayed from those in any fashion. your new interface for collecting these seems to have a major bug.

I am still waiting for my marching into march items of the same kind. Please rectify these I have had support tickets in all week to no avail.

1. What exactly is not working? Not receiving rewards from many of the contests. MLC faction, Montez ford faction, MLC solo. Specifically tp and tokens
2. Where in the game did it happen? when claiming the rewards
3. What are the steps to reproduce it? have another contest end.
4. When or since when did it happen? every contest since marching into march
5. How often do you experience this issue?
6. What device are you playing on? iphone
7. Which OS and game version? the latest version.

Have you opened a ticket with in game support for this? They are best able to assist with reward reimbursement. Thanks

I have and they only give a generic response...support is not very reliable or timely in their replies
