Missing 100k Keys From 80 Pull Bundle

Hello, I purchased the 80 pull Best of 2020 bundle on 2/11/2021 and never received the 100k keys that were supposed to come with it. I have contacted in game support and was told initially to send screenshots of the purchase, then I was told to send screenshots of my portal account, today I was told to contact Xsolla however I fail to see how they can provide me with the missing content so I’m trying here.

My in game name is MachoMan96662, running on an IPhone 6s, os 14.3 I believe and the most current version of the game to date. Thank you very much!

There was an issue with this offer initially that had the keys for last months contest in it road to fame keys. I would check to see if you got those and ask support to swap them out.
