Best of 2020 Loot Fades to Black again

Hello, recently purchased a 8 pull from the Best of 2020 loot and when i went in to hit the button to do the pull my screen froze as shown in the screenshot and the game reset with me not getting my pulls as they are no longer in my loot to pull

I was trying to get this pull before the loot ends at 3pm eastern today

Typically when this happens the pull went through but you didn't get anything new. Contact support and they can tell you what you received or if you didn't receive anything.

I already have my only concern if the loot ends soon and last time they gave the missing coins back to do the pulls @Stagger Lee
