I've had issues with the KOK VIP lately. Paying the weekly subscription and not getting the perks of it.

All of them. I can't use him. Not getting the autoclears. Can't skip to hard or hell mode

Same here. Hasn’t appeared at all this week and we’re paying a subscription for this. Is there anything being done about this?
