Luke gallows trap gems freeze

Luke Gallows has been broken for several months. When the board break multiple trap gems, the board freezes and does not fill back up. The only recourse is to end the match thus losing and gallows being injured. I have been reimbursed for lost health packs, but I cannot use him in contest events. If he is not going to fixed, can I be compensated for the tokens and coins that I wasted to build him to 4 star gold from 2 star bronze??

Still going on fantastic i have lost endless lives.. i pick him to 4sg over undertaker now im left with a player i can not use AND hes part of the raw trial!!!!! This is a waste of tokens coins etc
