Paid for Item but didn't use it in time.

What the title says, I paid for a Best of 2020 coin but didn't use it right away as it was busy at work and by the time I got to try to use it, the timer had run out. Am I out of luck on this, can I get a refund or a more current take on the pull?

I have sort of the same issue. Yesterday I wanted to make my first purchase through the web portal and I purchased $5.99 4th Anniversary Loot Coin pack. I logged right into the game to redeem and the contest was over so now Im out 6 bucks and have the 3 coins stuck in my inventory.
