Persistent Server Error - Game will not load.

I have been unable to log into the game (on phone or via web portal using multiple browsers). This has been happening for many hours.

In-Game name and portal name are the same: Arkyngl

I have uninstalled the game and reinstalled twice. I can play until I login with facebook to restore my account.

I have reset network settings on phone and have cleared cache in all browsers.

I have used LTE, 5G, and Wifi (also attempted in airplane mode)

I have restarted my phone multiple times.

I am running the current version of the game and current version of iOS (14.4).

I have attached the screenshot of the error message that is presented upon every game load and the speed test to demonstrate that the network is not the problem.

Please investigate my account, especially the FB link, and work to resolve ASAP.
