Did not get website and Goldberg rewards for Facebook login

As the title shows, I did not get my claimed rewards in-game even though I claimed the on the site and provided my Facebook info.

  1. What exactly is not working? Did not get website claimed rewards in game.
  2. Where in the game did it happen? Not in my in game Inbox
  3. What are the steps to reproduce it? N/A
  4. When or since when did it happen? Happened on 1/28/21 around 12pm PST
  5. How often do you experience this issue? N/A
  6. What device are you playing on? IPad
  7. Which OS and game version? IOS 14.4. Game is 21010599.0.485
  8. What is your in-game name (case sensitive!) - (obviously also your Forum name) Name is Cykotic in game and Forum name.
  9. What have you tried so far to fix it on your side? I reloaded the game and made sure it was using my Facebook info.


ultimately this feels scammy. Got my Facebook linked and providing no prizes.
