Missing HOF Rude Bags from tours.

Hello,

I have won 5 HOF Rude Bags but only received 4. I contacted support and they said I only should I have received four which is incorrect, please see the attached screen shots. I won 3 hard matches which gives one each and one hell match that gives two for the win.

For the past few weekends it seems that I am missing rewards and in game support hasn’t compensated me for them. Can anyone please help.

@DKMangler okay, I didn't know what else to do. They kept closing my ticket over and over again. I didn't receive the correct number of bags and I'm getting tired of "arguing" over support for incorrect rewards. I won 3 hard matches, and the warrior motu match which gave out 2 bags. I should of earned 5 bags but only got 4. Now the event is over and I feel as a player, I was screwed again. Not a great way to leave a paying customer of the game. Any feedback or help that you can provide would be great.

@DKMangler I know you are managing a big community but any updates would be appreciated. This is not the first time I was missing rewards from the game and hope I could get what I won this time.
