Lost account

2 weeks ago I lost my account. It reset my league back to league 1. After following some suggestions from the in game support I essentially lost everything. It created a new account for me. I would like to get my old account back. My username was Rich147908 and I believe I was in league 14. It was tied to my Facebook account but now for some reason this new account is tied to my Facebook account. Can you please help me out? Attached is a screenshot of my account I lost that a member of my faction provided. It has the wrong League but it shows other info that I'm hoping is helpful. Please help.

So I've done that and it's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting. I do understand that it's the holiday season so I guess I'll just have to be patient.
