League level goes down from 6 to 1

When i joined these portal with my fb account after that i restart the game app and see my league goes down from 6 to 1 . I played whole month online to get nikki bella hof at 2ss and now game back reset due to these i'm not able to get nikki bella ,please fix the problem and give me nikki bella
