Still facing game board frizes error using Phenom Undertaker break trapped gems move

Whole board froze while breaking trapped gems destroy move of phenom Undertaker against Syxx, Doink the clown, Motu undertaker, mr Perfect etc. Can't feud much and no answer given on in-game help yet. He is my top guy to counter purple move characters. You mentioned that it will happened against trapped gems opponents but it happening against other also. Please do necessary
