EVEN MORE 5-Star Diamond Token Case Issues

In-Game-Name: Quenito
After using in-game-cash to purchase all the available 5-Star Token Cases, I was unable to open the last 2 cases with the attached error message popping up (Stock Limit Reached). Then the remaining 2 cases disappeared! I guess the last 2 cases had coal in them? (FRIDAY, DECEMBER 25TH @ 6:00PM EDST), on Android device, Android Version 10.

What about when in game support doesnt respond or auto closes the ticket?

@Stagger Lee 2/3 days ago I did what you asked.
Clearly they dont aware of the issue and just closed my ticket... I re-opened it but I don’t have any hope that it will be solved by them...
Their log says I got it in my inventory, but I didn’t... so what’s next??

I had the exact same issue with the in-game support. I couldn't open the last 2 Five Star Diamond cases on the 25th of December, and they cited the cases I opened on the 24th of December despite my detailed explanation of my issue.
