I reported it in-game and I got this response, clearly they aren’t aware of the issues and have to re-open the ticket, and you’re still investigating this...???
The only thing your support have done is checking the log, not my inventory or other logs... this was their response after more than 2 days without any results...
I re-opened the ticket but without any hope to get my 5* case. I hope you can clear this one out please... Thanks in advance

Support didn’t know anything and closed the ticket, maybe better communication between your support and your team will prevent frustrations by us, the gamers...
btw one week further and still no 5* Case, any updates yet ?
