Double gateway time out issue.

2 days in a row I have had gateway timeout issues that have cost me in game rewards/currency.

Yesterday when completing the R Truth trial tour 1st leg of the Hell tour I won the legendary strap and then got a gateway timeout error which restarted my game. When logging in I see I have completed the tour but the strap is not in my inventory(wasn't too annoyed as I guess this strap is for a 4 or 5 star R Truth which I am highly unlikely to ever get.

Fast forward 24 hours to today and I attempt to level up the trial R Truth with the 6M coins which I had and again a gateway timeout error which has again restarted my game. This time R Truth has levelled up and the coins have been taken from my account. The problem is that I have not been given any credit for either the Coin and Evolution Contest (should have completed almost all the milestones). More importantly I have not been given any credit in the R Truth Coin Rebate Contest. The contest lists me as having levelled up R Truth 131 times(reached the 13th milestone) but my R Truth character is currently at level 152. Therefore I should have received the rebate/milestones up to l52(over 6M coins).

Any help would be appreciated. I understand it may take a bit of time but I would like my coins and legendary strap back.
