Account lost after R Truth update

Hi everyone, I hope I'm posting this in the right section. I just lost my account after playing for quite a few years and I'm just a bit panicky. I woke up today and played after the R Truth update without a problem. I closed the game and opened it a few minutes later. I saw a prompt I've never seen asking to login with Facebook. I was already linked to my Facebook account so I didn't think anything of it. After clicking ok and the game booted up my account was completely wiped and it started the game from the very beginning.

I created a Facebook account a few weeks ago just so I could access the community portal, linked it to the game and have never had an issues until now. I have tried to restart my phone, even deleted the Facebook app from the my phone and reinstalled it but still can't recover my account. I had the most recent update of the game and am on an iPhone. I have included an older screenshot containing my User Name and User ID if that is of any use. Thank you in advance for any help.

Hi @Charlie396, can you provide some more information so we can check your case?

• What is the username of the current account you have on your device?
• Was the FB account you used to link to your game account the same as the FB account you used to access the community portal?
• Do you remember how many SS do you have in your roster of the original account?
• Do you remember the roster total talent of your original account?
• Which league was your original account in?

•   I reinstalled the app and the new username I made is testtest396, the username of the account I'm trying to get back is Charlie396, I've included a screenshot with the User ID of the old account I'm trying to retrieve.

• The FB account I linked to the game is the same FB account I used to access the community portal. I only created the FB account a few weeks ago so I could access the portal and link it to the game, I'll include screenshots to show that I linked the game a few weeks ago.

• I don't recall exactly how many SS I had in my roster in my original account but it was quite a few. I have played the game almost every day for the past 3 years. My highest level SS were high 4 silver star Andre the Giant, Eddie Guerrero and Samoa Joe.

• I don't recall the roster total talent of my original account

•   I believe my original account was in league 12

Hi @Charlie396 Unfortunately, the information you provided isn't enough for us to confirm if it's your account. We'll have to request for some more information:

• What is the faction that you joined in your original account? Who is the leader of that faction?
• When was the last time you made a purchase to the game? Do you remember what you purchased?

• I just joined a new faction automatically a few weeks ago and I don't remember the name or leader. I just played the game because it was fun, I didn't think I would have to keep such detailed records about things like roster talent numbers.

• The last time I made a purchase was September 7th, 2018. It was a Starter Pack 14. It cost $2.99. The DOCUMENT NO. was 171225921278 . I have included a screenshot as proof. I have also included a screen shot of the very first in game purchase I made on February 3, 2017 which was Shane O Macs Contract.

One thing we also noticed was that your game account was linked to 2 different FB accounts. Please make sure you link it to just one FB account and use the same FB account to login everywhere across our game platforms. Thanks!

My account was restored, thank you. One last question. I'm getting a new iPhone soon. How would I go about bringing my account over to the new phone?

Make sure your account is linked to facebook then install facebook on the new phone and after downloading and playign the tutorial you can link to facebook and you'll have an option to restore progress.
