Daily bag opening impossible, gifts in inventory too.

Hello, my son has been playing on a tablet for a few days, and since the new version, he cannot open his daily bag, which prevents him from finishing his daily missions. But he cannot open the gifts in the inventory either. This is therefore very embarrassing.

he has an ASUS tablet, everything worked fine a week ago, and since the update it is no longer the case. The whole game works fine except opening gifts, day bag, and gifts in inventory. He clicks on the icons and the screen freezes and nothing happens. we did a test to leave almost 10 minutes and no better.
