App closing by itself

I'm just curious is there anyone else having the issue of the app closing out and returning to home screen of their phone or is it just mine doing this I really like the game but it's pushing my patience when I purchase loot coins and win characters like 123 kid at 3 or 4 star level and you go to use your second one and the app closed and now I'm out the money I spent and I didn't get my 2 characters I won so again am I the only one experiencing this
