hi guys

i had problem and i need help, i bought the offer from the store

(Men's division the best of 2020 silver pack) for 19.99$ = and get 7 coins

all that to get HULK HUGAN "HOLLYWOOD HOGAN" which need 5 coins

BUT WHEN I TRY TO GET"EM I CAN.... NO COIN AVAIBALE

BUT I CAN USE IT IN LOOT>>> I DONT NEET TO USE IT IN LOOT I NEED HULK HOGAN OFFER

i'm calling B.S. on that as well. i paid for 3 coins, and it says " currency not available" yet i go into my inventory, and now it says "go to loot"... that's false advertising and misleading, i wanted Earthquake, and now it looks like i got scammed out of that, i don't see any "text" difference on the coin... what's wrong with this picture? did i miss something?

I did the same in good Hope, but IT seems like there are something wrong becourse these are for the loot pull. But Sad that the tokens are Just alike that gives us the wrong idea,, but if is IT to good to be true.

@Firpo It sounds like they bought the “best of 2020” loot thinking they were the medallions for the prize wall instead of for the “best of 2020” loot

Ahh ok, that makes sense then. Ya, those two items look a bit similar but usually, our Loot coins are not flat as Prizewall medallions. There is a small difference.

@JustSomeOne please try to open a ticket and have it solved by the Support. If you stick to our Support Guide it should be fine. Just explain to them what happened and how you got confused.
