AJ Loot Coin Issue

I bought an AJ Styles Loot coin last night prior to WWE Champions having log in issues. The game works again, but my AJ Styles Loot Coin is missing. I never got to use it because the game kept timing out saying that it couldn't find an internet connection. I have proof of purchase also. Any help would be appreciated.

I had the same issue. I'm not sure if a script was ran or not but I didn't receive anything for my lost 11 AJ Styles loot coins. I've copied the message I've sent to support below. By the way, this is the 2nd message to support I sent. The first I was brushed off by support with the excuse that my final score matches up to what they have for their records. Completely ignoring that because the app/loot crashed my coins were never spent and were lost with the crash so they didn't count towards anything. At this point with the AJ loot being gone I just want fair compensation for the $20 I spent buying the coins but never got to use due to the crash.

On Friday, December 4th I purchased an 11-coin pack for the Super Showdown Scrimmage: AJ Styles loot. I attempted to spend my coins but the app crashed. When I returned to the game the coins were gone and I did not receive any credit for the coins spent. In fact because I did not receive points for those coins at all during the event I know those coins were never spent on loot...they were just lost in the crash.

I am trying to get compensation for the $19.99 USD I spent on these coins. I initially e-mailed support on Friday when this happened however support (Paulo) only returned my inquiry to me today telling me my score matched to what they had on their records. Of course it would match if my score only counted from the point the event started working correctly. That still does not include the 11 coins that were taken from me. Since the event it now over, I have no use for those coins, however I'd like to be compensated for the 11 coins purchased and lost in the app crash.

Checking my account, I'm sure it can be seen where I initially purchased those coins Friday night, where I attempted to use them around 740pm EST and how they were lost in the app crash soon after.

Can someone help? I would just like an equivalent compensation for those coins lost at this point.
